Athendra

OS- State Premium/Elite mare, black-brown, 168 cm, Weidthene bloodline, *24.05.2005

Athendra is the granddaughter of Weidthene (M-jumping), who produced, almost without exception, jumping horses that were successful in advanced and intermediate classes. Winners at S level, amongst others, were Grand Duc, Grand Gio, Gio Gitano. Great grandmother Athene (S-jumping) competed until the age of 17 and was one of the most successful horses in Rheinland Pfalz/Saar.

Mother Athena descends from Last Liberty, from whose mother line the World Cup Champion Aramis (Mario Deslauries/CAN) emanated. Athena produced Lord Petz (amongst other accolades the State Champion of 5 year old show jumpers/Rastede 9,0) and his younger full brother Lasse (6yo Champion in M-Jumping classes), both with Gilbert Böckmann.

Athendra´s first born Van der Vaart was licensed for the OS (Oldenburger Sportpferde) studbook in 2012. After stays at Celle and Redefin studs he returned to our stable. Gilbert Böckmann competed the four year old impressively and successfully in jumping classes up to L level. Van der Vaart´s brother Vincent was sold as a foal to Hans Horn’s stable in the Netherlands.
Afrika Athendra´s athletic daughter was awarded State Premium as a three year old. A further daughter, Amerika is ready to make her debut.
Lodberger *2014 was approved for the Elite auction as a stallion prospect.
